No app feature, content, or digital service is sold through voluntary support. The app remains usable without any support transfer. Optional support does not unlock app features, premium content, badges, points, rankings, account benefits, or any digital goods or services.
1. App access is not paid
The Hindu Intellectual app does not require any payment for access to its normal app features. If optional support information is provided on our website, it is separate from app access and is not an in-app purchase.
2. Personally owned project
Hindu Intellectual is personally owned. We do not represent optional support as a tax-deductible charitable contribution, registered NGO contribution, registered trust contribution, or nonprofit receipt unless we clearly publish a valid legal registration in the future.
3. Manual voluntary support
Optional support may be made manually using banking details or other channels shown on our website. The app may link to website information, but support is not required to use the app and does not provide any digital reward or benefit.
4. Refund requests
Because optional support is voluntary and no app feature, digital good, or digital service is sold in exchange, support transfers are generally not refundable. However, if you made a duplicate transfer, wrong amount transfer, or accidental transfer, email us within 7 days with transaction proof. We will review the request reasonably.

- Payment reference/UTR if available
- Reason for refund request
6. Processing
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed using a practical manual method. Bank/payment charges or delays by banking providers may apply.
