By downloading, accessing, registering, or using Hindu Intellectual, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Account registration and security
- You may need to create an account using your name, phone number, email address, password, and OTP verification.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it updated when possible.
- We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if we detect abuse, fraud, suspicious activity, or violation of these Terms.
3. Content, articles, scriptures, and public sources
The app displays Hindu/Sanatan Dharma related articles, library content, stories, updates, questions, and educational material. Some content may be written by users and published after verification. Some material may be based on scriptures, public sources, traditional knowledge, commentary, or website content.
- Content is provided for educational, devotional, and informational purposes.
- We try to verify published content, but we do not guarantee that every interpretation, translation, or explanation is complete, error-free, or suitable for every tradition or belief.
- If you believe content violates copyright, attribution, dignity, or accuracy standards, contact us with details.
4. Jap counter, sankalp, reserve, and game features
The app helps users track jap/mantra counts, sankalp progress, daily activity, and game scores. These tools are digital tracking aids only.
- Counts depend on device, network sync, and app usage behavior.
- We use local queueing and request IDs to reduce duplicate counts, but technical errors can still happen.
- Leaderboards and reserve displays are community motivation features, not religious certification or official spiritual ranking.
- Suspicious or impossible counting speeds may be flagged or excluded to protect fairness.
5. Optional voluntary support
Optional support links may take you to our website or manual bank transfer information. Support is not required to use the app and does not unlock app features, premium content, badges, points, rankings, account advantages, or any digital benefit.
Hindu Intellectual is personally owned and we do not represent optional support as a tax-deductible charity/NGO contribution. Voluntary support handling is covered by our Refund and Voluntary Support Policy.
6. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the app or website APIs. You must not:
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, APIs, servers, or databases;
- submit false, illegal, hateful, harmful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or infringing content;
- manipulate jap counts, leaderboards, or game scores;
- copy, scrape, attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service beyond what law permits;
- use the app for unlawful or harmful purposes.
7. Intellectual property and user submissions
The app design, branding, logos, code, database structure, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.
If you submit content to us for publication, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and you grant us permission to review, edit, publish, display, distribute, and promote it on Hindu Intellectual platforms. You remain responsible for the content you submit.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, perfect count sync, or availability of every feature at all times.
The app does not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. Spiritual or religious content is for learning and devotion, and users should follow their own judgment, family tradition, guru guidance, and applicable law.
9. Account deletion, suspension, and termination
You may request account deletion at /app/account-deletion.php. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the app, submit harmful content, or threaten service integrity.
10. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with applicable jurisdiction in Madhya Pradesh, India, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
